Xcel Energy is the energy provider for this proposed project site. The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission and the State Legislature regulate energy companies and electric utilities. Permits and guidelines regarding energy usage are not reviewed or approved at the city level. The city does not have information regarding the project's potential energy usage at this time.
