How many local construction workers would be used during site development?

The development would have hundreds of construction workers on site. If multiple phases are constructed simultaneously, we could see upwards of 1,000 construction workers on site during the buildout.

 

How many permanent jobs would be created?

Currently, the first phase projects approximately 100 permanent jobs.

 

What would permanent and temporary jobs be paid?

The end user would determine the permanent job pay range. Skilled and technical roles with wages and benefits significantly above city and county averages are anticipated. Qualified local vendors and suppliers are often prioritized and awarded construction and operational contracts depending on capabilities.
