Rental Facilities

You can rent the Historic Cheese Factory for your next event! The Cheese Factory at 101 East Center Street has a large open floor plan, restrooms, electricity, and small stage area.  Alcohol is not permitted on public property with out council approval.
With plenty of parking and Trailhead Park across the parking lot, this location has been used for family reunions, graduation parties, weddings and more!  

The Cheese Factory is open May-September.  The rental fee of this historic building is $107.38 plus a $200 deposit (deposit refunded if no damage occurred, no cleaning is required, and the keys are returned) to City Hall. Rental Includes 13 - 8ft tables, 7 - 6ft tables, about 80 chairs, bathroom facilities, refrigerator, and wi-fi.  chairs, 

One of Pine Island's best-kept secrets! Collins Park is located near 420 3rd Ave NW features a playground, bathrooms, water fountains, pavilion and paved path on the west that takes you on a nature walk along the river. There is plenty of open space to run or just sit on the benches and enjoy the peace and serenity that this beautiful park brings! Alcohol is not permitted on public property without council approval.

The Park is open May-September (weather permitting) from 8 am-10 pm. The pavilion is available to rent for $37.59 from City Hall.

Trailhead Park at 101 East Center Street features a playground, pavilion, bathrooms, electricity, water fountains, horseshoe pits, parking and plenty of room to run. Alcohol is not permitted on public property without council approval.

The park is also access to the start of the Douglas Trail, a 12.5 mile paved trail. Restrooms, picnic tables, and parking are also in the town of Douglas, and the trail ends in Rochester.

The park is open May-September (weather permitting) from 8 am-10 pm. The pavilion is available to rent for $53.69 from City Hall.
